We own out little inverted shoebox. (That is what I call our house.) Although, in a year or two, we are buying something much bigger probably out of the city.

We will be renting... We cant afford to buy without a larger down payment. Things cost too much around here compared to the income people recieve. Jonathan talked to a mortgage person last night and he said we could get approved for a $210,000 mortgage. It would be a nice trick considering that the lowest price for a decent condo (low crime area) is about $300,000.
So yeah, we're definitely renting.

Well we did own our own home but as of the 18th we'll no longer. We have been living in a holiday trailer since Wednesday...it is bought and payed for. No payments there as we used the money from the house. :D

Right now we rent. It is a nice place though. We are living in a 4 bedroom 2 bath brick home on 1 acre. It has a garage, carpeted game room, large living room, and kitchen.
We plan on renting another place without a roommate soon after the wedding or a little before. Then we will save our money for a down payment and probably purchase a home within a year or so after the wedding.

We are buying our home. Jerry has lived here for a little over 8 years now. It belonged to his grandmother and he bought it when she passed. it was built in the 20s and is two story. 2100 square feet of living space. I love this old house. We should have it paid off in about 10 more years. We pay less for payments than most people do for rent here.

Clayton & I went in with his parents to buy a 160 acre farm. (Well, it was mostly his parents). Right now we have a house on there that they also helped pay for (and we are paying back). We are planning on living here for a few years, until we build a house of our own a little further off the road.

It's so sad... we were paying a mortgage on a Co-op until May, but the maintenance fees got to be more than our mortgage, so we decided to sell. We were going to buy a two family home, because currently it's me, DH, and my BiL living together, but the house we had an accepted bid on fell through for many varied annoying reasons. So, now we're renting a 3 bedroom house. At least it's bigger than the apt we owned, double the size, actually!

We are renting for the next year until we can get a mortage for a house. We have the down payment but since i finished school and Mark doesen't make enough for a mortage on only his income we are waiting until i have my probation up at work and he gets his next raise. Hopefully in the spring we will get a pre-approval.

We rent a decent three bedroom, one bath apartment and probably will until we dig ourselves out of this hideous debt we got into.

DH and I have a house, he pays the mortgage. According to my sister it isn't my house and I'd have nothing without my husband  but that is another story all together.

I am renting a really nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. We are saving up to buy or possibly build a house in 2-3 years. We opened a savings account the other day in which money is taking directly from our paychecks to save for a down payment. Now to pay down some of the debt we have to begin with....

Well we are having to move a little sooner than expected. Our house is up for sale now, so we are looking for a place now. We are going to rent and save to buy a house. I'm excited about moving because I do not want a roommate anymore!

It helps to have a good attitude about moving, but I personally hate it. Good luck with your move, Kacie! :D

Justin and I have lived together for 3 years and this will be the 4th time we have moved! This is longest we have ever lived in a place-1 year and almost 9 months now! I am kind of used to it.
