Rsvps Disaster!!

hey, I have a problem I need help with a problem and I know yall are the best girls in the world to talk to!!

Well the wedding in August, 26, 2006 you guys know that but I sent out rsvps with the wedding invites to the guest that were invited to the wedding.
The reception is being paid for by my parents and I put on the rsvps due by august 4th. Well so far I have gotten several back, and the deadline for a head count is august 21,2006. I have to do a seating chart and fianlize the chart for my hostess!! So the ones that did rsvp will have a seat and a plate!!! What do I do out about laggers!! Beacuse with out that rsvp they will not revive a plate. It is bad enough for the thought of paying for a plate for someone who rsvp and dont show up!! HELP!!!!!! Tell me what I should do please!! I am ready to start the chart and count how much money i need.:(

You call the people who haven't RSVP'd yet and tell them you need an answer.

My best piece of advice is to get on the phone and call the people who have not RSVPed.

My RSVP cut-off date is the 19th and I have yet to receive 71...so if I don't hear back from those people by then...I will be calling them!!! That is what I recommend that you do!!!

YUP! CALLING them is the clear answer!! Sometimes you have to pick up the phone. :)
