Wedding Photographer

My fiance Darius is a well-known wedding photgrapher. He has taken photographs of me as well. I like his work and since I am getting married to him (hopefully) I am wondering who will be our photgrapher? :) Any way just a thought. I would be interested to hear what you think.
Nice to meet you guys and I am looking forward to hearing all of the tips you guys have from your own weddings.

I was a photographer when I got married and I got my assistant to do our wedding pictures. I figured he would be good since he knew what I liked and I taught him how to shoot like me ;)

Does your husband to be have any colleagues he might trust with the job?

No, I don't think so because he is really professional. But I am looking for saomeone outside of his business to do it, but within the same style. Did you keep up your photgraphy after marriage? Thanks for your reply by the way!

A colleague could be someone inside or outside of his business ... perhaps another photographer he knows and respects his/her work ;)

Yes I kept my pictures, I have the negatives too. I paid my friend/assistant to shoot with my camera and I got all the proofs/negs. Then I put an album together myself ;)

The pics themselves came out fine, I just don't like the way I looked in them, but I rarely like pictures of me ;)
