Well, ladies, here they are. They're pretty good considering how messed up the day went. I was happy with the day, but there wasn't much that went according to anyone's plan.

Thanks ladies! So, here's how it happened.

The day of the rehersal, we went to look for my BM's dresses. So, of course, they all wait until the last possible moment..... And my MOH just decided to get a dress that was black instead of purple. One of my BM's didn't show up at all.. The rehersal and the wedding! So, I had a friend stand in.

The wedding ran 45 minutes late. That means that the beautiful sunset ceremony turned into a wedding in the dark. Not bad, but, not at all what I wanted. No one followed the detailed plan that I wrote out. Didn't even really have an aisle.. The country club half-arsed the chairs, so it was more of a path through the chairs.

My Dad made it most of the way to the country club before realising that my dress was still at the hotel. My foundation that I bought the day before got left at home, and my hair looked like ****. We pulled it together at the last moment (thought I forgot my shaper and was pissed) and everything turned out fine.

Forgot the napkins at home, lol. Those printed ones. We're going to have an anavarsary party next year and use them... Oh, and the music was SCREWED! Nothing went like it was supposed to. Everyone wasn't coordinated, and the special dances CD got played WAY before time.

The cake was delicous, and we had hummus, fruit, cake, and chips for a good long while. The brie turned out prety good, too. We still have 1/2 a gallon of salsa..

I'm SO happy with my cake!!!

Thanks guys! I wanted to go to a florist and get some peach roses since they'd match my shoes.. And my Dad ran into Target and got me 3 dozen ivory roses... :bbconfused: Wasn't thrilled about that. But, oh well....

Because of the way that my MOH was acting (walked out of the rehersal early b/c her BF was being an a-hole and making her feel bad for having to go to the dinner since he wasn't invited (maybe he wasn't invited because he's a big baby)) one of my closest friends stepped up and took the role of MOH.. I feel like she was really the MOH.. So, I've just decided that she really was.

Carrie it looks wonderful. I'm sorry that one of your "friends" stood you up. But it is great that someone stepped in with no questions asked. It looks like you had a beautiful wedding.

I'm sorry things didn't go quite as planned, and you had to find out who your real friends were like you did. But at least you and Carlo are married which was the most important part of the day anyway, right?!

Oh Carrie how we have missed you!!!!!!!! Im sorry that things didnt go as planned on your wedding day, but kinda glad now Im not the only one!!!!!!!;) My day got kinda messed up too. Planned the dang thing for 9 months and it felt thrown together.
