FH in Canada :(

Okay, so the time is here :( FH is going to Canada. I have to drop him off at the airport Wed morning at 4am...he'll be back the 14 so he's gonna be gone for 10 days. I don't think we've been apart for longer than a week in atleast 3 years.

I kinda wanted to do something special for him like put some pictures of us and our doggie (he loves her to death) in his suitcase. I even thought about sending him something through the mail but I thought that may be too overboard.

I know this is going to be a "test" for our relationship because he's going with someone that I'm not on good terms with and I definitely don't trust them but I do trust FH. But, I'm worried if they will "influence" him.

I'm going to post in here while he's gone mostly to keep me sane. We can only call b/c AT&T doesn't off text packages for Canada.

So, I will need some support the next 10 days because I'm don't want to call or seem "obsessed" lol.

Aww it's hard when you have to be separated from the ones we love. Fortunately ten days isn't that long and hopefully it'll fly by for you. Take some time during these ten days for yourself! Alone time can actually be a beautiful thing. :soppy:

I'm sorry he's not going with the best influence, but I'm sure that picture slipped into his suitcase will keep him in line and thinking about you! :)

Well, this morning I took him to the airport at 4:00. I stayed until it took off a 6. Then, I came back to the house to get some sleep since I had been up all night and slept until about 8 when he called on his layover in NC then got a AIM from his saying he's at his hotel in Bradford.

I added 50 texts to his phone for $10.00 and each additional one is .40 Also, if we talk its .59 cents a min. Since, we don't want to run our bill skyhigh we got Skype. I got to talk to him some before he went to bed so that kind of put me a ease. Even if I can't talk to him alot I know if I can actually see and hear him it'll help me out :)

Aww gosh I dont know if I would cope that long away from DH, talking on skype will help you through im sure, aw I just hope this time goes real quick for you!!!xxx

8 days left. The last 2 days have been hard b/c we've kinda been bickering. It's hard b/c we're on different schedules and so it's hard for us to get to talk on Skype. We skyped yesterday, which was nice. He showed me some things he bought me.

I haven't talked to him all day today just to give him some space. I figure when he misses me he'll call or text me to get on Skype.
