I know I cannot possibly put them all, but I will try to cover the most popular ones that I can think of. Let us know what your favorite elective was in school. Tell us why.

I got my BS from Arizona State University in 1987, and I took everything I could take that was a criminal justice elective. I love criminal justice. If I had it all to do over again, I would have been a criminal lawyer or a criminalist. It is just so fascinating to me!!

Mine was Ag. I was in Ag for 4 years of high school. I was the chapter president my senior year and a district officer. I held a position as a greenhand officer my first year and each year I was an officer. I showed sheep, heifers, steers, hogs, and horses. I was on the horse judging and land judging teams. I also was involved in chapter conducting. I love parliamentary procedure! I had that manual memorized in school! While in FFA I earned my Lonestar Farmer Degree. I was going to get my American Farmer Degree, but I was stupid and didn't get it.

Should I wait for the choices, I don't see them yet? :)
I was about to say the same thing, but I see them now ;)
I voted Art ... I took Art all through high school, from drawing/painting to photography. My senior year I was even a teachers aid and helped teach the intro to photography class ;) I took art history too, but that kind of bored me. Oh and I took one semester of Drama (that is considered an art) and dropped out.

I loved band. I was good at it. I have played the clarinet since I was 8. In high school I was one of the top players in the state. I played in concert and marching band in college too just to give me something to do.

My favorite was cadet teaching, which is restricted to seniors only. I went to one of the local elementary schools to help out for the first 2 class periods of the day

Ditto! Loved (& still do) anything to do with art, photography, graphics etc.
I had to take Art History in college as part of the graphics course .... while I appreciate other's work, I didn't quite care for staring at endless slide shows, writing papers, & remembering names, dates & places for tests.

My senior year of high school, we had a tv studio in the building. I loved that class! I ran a camera for the morning television news, and learned a lot while taking the class as well. I wish they'd had it sooner, and I would have taken it every year. I'll never forget that class!

I took intro to acting over the first summer session this year, and had a blast! It was a huge departure from my normal engineering courses.

Mine was band and choir. I cant pick between the 2... they are my favorite because I love music... I also loved my teachers... I took 3 or 4 music classes every year in high school... now all my classes are music (except for my crappy Gen. Ed classes). I love Music!!

We did a little of that in Home Ec and I liked it. There was a time when I even wanted to be a fashion designer ;)
