Well we tied the knot on June 17, and it was the most amazing day! Got up around 10 am and i was a total nervous wreck and kept waiting for my mom to call to wish me luck which she never did. So my best friend and I went and ate at this health food place for lunch and i had the most amazing soup that filled me up but didn't make me tired or sluggish it was the best and i need to get the recipe! And then we went and got our hair done which took forever i did fingerwaves in my hair and it took a long time to dry so they would stay in place.
We went back to my dad's condo and sat around and chatted with everyone and it was a nice family time. He even saw me before the wedding with my hair all done up.
So the wedding planner told us to all be on the beach at 6:25 on the dot we were 3 mins late and she was not happy. But i was really nervous and my dad was shaking like a chahauhau. But when it was our turn to walk All my nerves went away and I didnt feel like running away and he was so handsome waiting at the end of the isle. They had scattered orchids that were white, purple and green on the isle and it was so beautiful!
So she read a poem and got the ceremony underway, We did a handfasting,http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g216/moonrai/DSC_0048.jpg

And as we did our vows durring the handfasting every girl and some men were crying loudly and he was all teary eyed it was so surreal.
We did the sand ceremony http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g216/moonrai/DSC_0075.jpg
And our rings http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g216/moonrai/DSC_0067.jpg

i have to admit our reception was the best part of the whole day! The food was incredible expecially the blackend fish enchilada's with the cilantro cream sauce! I only had a small bite of those though i had to stick with shrimp and chicken fajitas since i'm gluten free and lactose free. And i didn't do arranged seating I just decided to be more laid back and let everyone pick where they sat. We didn't decorate or do center peices I figured the beach/bay sitting and the sunset were enough and they were. The cake was so good it was gluten free and chocolate with white frosting real orchids and white chocolate shells and starfishes. I think my cake picture is in the show me your cake thread.

The whole day went absolutley smoothly and all my friends and family that made it down there totally made the entire day the best I could've ever hoped for!
