Let us know if you would ever have cosmetic surgery; and, if so, what? Share if you want to. :D

Yes, definitely, if I wasn't so terrified of needles and surgery lol!

What would I get done? Probably a breast lift and lipo in my thighs.

Funny, my sister and I were talking about this last weekend. She has lost alot of weight and wants to save money for plastic surgery.

For me, I am torn on the issue ... I joke about it alot, but I don't think I would do anything that was just cosmetic, unless I was disfigured in some accident or something. But it if was just to get bigger boobs or something, I don't think I'd go through the risk.

I went with the maybe. I don't htink I would ever go and change anything about my body. But, if there was ever an accident or I needed a masectomy then I would go in for reconstructive plastic surgery. But other than that, I am pretty happy with how everything turned out naturally.

I'm not for cosmetic surgery unless its necessary (I had to have a cosmetic procedure done along with another surgery because my leg would have been disfugured without it and I wouldnt have been able to play sprots). I dont have anything against it except for the fact that its not really for me.

I put maybe. I would never get a nose job or anything like that just for the heck of it. I would however get reconstructive surgery in the case of an accident. I would also after I have children like to get a breast reduction. I would like to just be a C cup.

I put maybe....because I honestly don't know!! I am a sissy when it comes to needles or pain, or anything of that nature...so probably not!!! If I weren't I would love some lipo on my stomach and thighs!!! And of course in case of an accident!!!!

A definate no - i wouldnt say im totally happy with my looks/figure but then who is? But i certainly would not put myself thru that pain and risk purely because i wasnt happy with something. Reconstructive surgery after an illness or accident tho i think is a different ball game! xxx

I put maybe! I've actually joked with Matthew about a boob job and lipo...he has told me down right no! Little did he know I was serious! If I had the money and I wasn't with Matt, I'd probably do it, but since he loves me for me I'll pass on it. If something were to happen to me like everyone else has said...accident or illness or that kind of thing, then I'd probably go for it! :D

I've been going back and looking at some of the old polls and this one caught my eye!

While I don't think I would voluntarily go under the knife for just the sake of my appearance (surgery is a HUGE risk and in my opinion the benefits don't outweigh the risks for just cosmetic reasons), I do know that if I ever manage to lose the 100lbs + that I need to in order to be healthy, that I will *have* to have the extra skin removed (sores, ugh) and probably a breast reconstruction, because I am now too old for the skin to just snap back into place! And my boobs aren't normal anyway -- if/when I manage to lose that much weight, it'll be a medical issue, not a cosmetic one, to make my boobs look right again, so that they can act right again! Function following form, etc.

So while I wouldn't get purely cosmetic reconstruction surgery, I will consider medically necessary plastic surgery, if that time ever comes.

Anybody else?
