Definately one of the biggest and best things about moving is that we are going ot be closer to our Fertility clinic again and all these tests won't be as hard to organize!!:D

And I so couldn't imagine missing the upcoming weddings!! I am going ot do my best to find all the ways I can to check back with y'all all the time. Even if I have to sit and wait for hours for dial up to down load things!! :)

Lol yes for a smooth closing! unfortunately these are the most greediest people we've ever dealt with. They actually had the nerve to tell us to leave a few things behind...I steadfastly refused and told them to go Home Depot and get their own or cough up the money!! I'm leaving them my curtain rods because apparently it's so hard to shop for new ones! Oh well, they are bending and crappy anyhow, and I would like new ones for my new house! ;) Cheapskates!! BOO! lol

I know the feeling... we just closed on a place about a month ago, and they wanted all of our ceiling lamps and even put it in the contract! It stunk, because we had to leave a beautiful chandelier that was in our dining room. I miss that chandelier!:bbconfused:

The funny thing is that you never have to accept that. MY hubby is in real estate and he's known deals to go sour because the owners won't leave behind a shower curtain that the new owners like. You never have to accept it if you don't want to, you have every obligation to take them out and start over! :D

I know the feeling of having a house sit on the market for so long...our house before this sat on the market for five to six months before it sold! Today we got word that the land titles office is WAAAAY behind! They told us they may not be able to close on the house for three more weeks!! BOOOO!

In other news, we bought a holiday trailer today. Tomarrow we will go down and pay for it and bring it home! :) I am excited!!! ;) It will be nice not to have live in my inlaws trailer!!!!
