I don't have the kids to pick up after any longer. I don't have the homework to look over and I don't need to vacuum and do major cleaning. Been there done that and I am sorry to tell you ladies that it doesn't get better.

Now I work outside the house 5 days a week and then I work at my business in the evening and on the weekends .... we have no down time and our small apartment is always a mess. Our living room looks like part artist's studio, part shipping department, part laundry room and part office. Our guest room is now a storage room because our storage room is too small to hold all of our "stuff". We need a bigger place but we don't have time to look or time to move.

The worst part about it is that it's a viscious circle .... you get down because the place is a mess and then you can't clean because you don't have the time or the inclination to clean because you are down!

I'd like to add to this. I answer the technical support telephone line re: machinery.

I hate it when (some) guys call for advice and ask for the tech support "guy" or try to make me feel like I don't know what I am talking about (because I am female)! When I get this kind of guy on the line, instead of explaining how to fix something in simple and easy terms, I lay on the technical terms and proper part names just to put them in their place.

I usually let Chris deal with that. Since we started our joint checking (it was originally Chris' account), I haven't kept track of what goes in or out. I let him do it. We do have online banking for it though, but I don't check it. I usually just have cash, or I use my checking account.

So far this guy has been great, but it seems like any time I go with a friend, they want a small-medium sized tattoo and end up with something twice as big as they had originally intended. They'll go 'Can I get it a little smaller?', so he goes in, re-draws it, and it's a teeeeeeeny bit smaller. Then eventually they feel bad for making him re-draw it so many times, so they finally settle for a ginormous tattoo.

Agreed. But at the same time, thank God for friends that will stand up to those people and put them in their place. I was in a situation once where I had left and one of my friends started saying really mean things about me, and I had another friend finally step in and tell him how that's 'not cool' to talk sh*t about people, especially people that you're supposedly close friends with. My fiance was in the other room and overheard them, which is the only reason I ever found out about it. I've never forgotten about that, and have held that friend in high regard ever since.

I hate that since we live right next to the forest, small woodland creatures (like skunks and racoons) regularly make nests under our house, and our landlords won't do anything about it. You can hear them scratching and thumping around under the floor and in the walls. It's totally disgusting.

Lol, I make Chris kill them as much as I can. The pest control guy comes sometimes and he said they are just earwigs, and they're not! My mom's house had a ton of those last summer...these are different. I think they are a water bug or something. Some are like an inch long and they are kinda flat, and have antennas on each end. And they move really really fast! Its gross but once one fell off the ceiling and onto my plate when I was eating!

Everything will be running smoothly, then someone will think they're being nice and try and let some car take their turn, then it just screws everything up. Yuck! I've seen water bugs before - had one in my apartment by the ac vent, so gross! It was dark brown, round and fat, and about 2 inches long!!!! :purplex:

I hate it when your on a multi-lane road with tons of traffic, and one car stops to let a pedestrian cross. The cars in the other lanes cannot see these pedestrians! All these people are doing are increasing the chances that the pedestrian will get hit by a car speeding past stopped one. Then the pedestrian will scream and flip off the car that speeds around the stopped one, as if they were just supposed to know that there was a person about to cross the street. So frustrating.

Can you tell I've been having driving issues lately?
