(I wasn't sure where to put this post, so sorry if it is in the wrong place!)

I need to come up with a music list by the first of July for my musicians (I havent decided what all I will want/need, but I have access to a full orchestra) , and my FH has given me free reign of ceremony music, which after studying music professionally for over half of my life, I thought was going to be wonderful and easy, but it has turned out to be a more difficult task than expected.

I am not really wanting the "traditional" Wedding March, or Canon in D. EVERY wedding I have been to has had those played and there are FAR better pieces in the world than that! And there is, but I just cant choose!!!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this easier? Or any titles you would recommend?

(The only definite title I have chosen is Tchaikovsky's "Russian Dance" from the Nutcracker. I can't wait to walk out as husband and wife to it!)

Much thanks in advance!

Try billboard online, wedding movie soundtracks.

You can always pick the brain of your wedding guests if you have a wedding website.

For me, I like babyface, patti labelle, and otis redding.
