Save the date announcement

Hi everyone. I am recently engaged and planning to get married in March 2006. I wanted to do a save the date but was wondering if anyone had any cute or creative ways to do it.

I know magnets are a cute idea that i have seen a lot. you can buy the ones that you print yourself with a monogram and date, or you can have them printed with a picture.
I have also seen the flip book ones, top has the info, bottom has accomadation info, bottom has attractions in the area info...etc. there are tons of creative stuff out there...and you have plenty of time to research it. I'm not exactly sure when you're supposed to send them, but you could do something cute with a 4th of July theme on them.
