I've probably missed talk of this, but has anyone tried it?

One of my friends liked it, so I went and got it... months ago. My excuse back then was that there was no room, which there wasn't... but we've been in the new house for over a month now. So I tried it out today. I'm a bit ashamed to say that I gave up probably 1/3 of the way through. I discovered that my eating habits + working out is bad. I am really not in shape.... So I'm going to give it a try again tomorrow and at least have a goal of getting further, if not all the way through the 20 minutes. And I'm going to eat something decent before hand 'cause I know that played a big factor this time in how icky I felt.

What a work out, though... Hopefully I can keep myself motivated to keep going because I think it can do good things for me.

Thanks, Kristen. I was thinking it'd be hard to do 30 days straight and wondered if it was supposed to be like that.. I was planning on trying it about 3-4 times a week.. Hopefully I'll get better at it!

I noticed the next day (and the day after) that I was really sore... so I waited until today to try it again. I made it through the 20 minutes this time! I was proud of myself. I'm gonna start a little habit of waiting for the soreness to go away before I attempt it again... and hopefully the soreness will eventually go away as the muscles get used to it.

I'm still scared to check my weight, but I do know that I'll notice improvement when the exercise becomes easier. Maybe it will also motivate me to cut out some of the bad foods and drinks... I think it's a step in the right direction. :)

I have the DVD, I really need to start using it again. I would do cardio on an elliptical then use it for weight training. I couldn't do the cardio on there, my boobs bounced around too much! Ouch!
