This is my second too...I never believed in divorce and it used to cause me great emotional angst. I couldn't sit in church without crying and thinking I was going to hell for divorcing him when the minister started in on how divorce is wrong but he wasn't there when my ex was doing what he did to me (we'll leave it at that)! I put up with more for 13 years than any one woman should ever have to endure, I lived 2 years of pure hell before I came to my senses and decided to take my life back! They say hindsight is 20/20 and I can see just fine now!

I was with my ex (and father of my children) for 23 years and we lived together for 18 of those but we never got married, i suppose looking back on it i knew that life wasnt meant to be like that. Wahtever it was it makes this my first marriage and something ive not gone into lightly! xxx
