I am not a parent, but I answered this poll anyway. I am very ready for school to start because the sooner school starts the sooner it is December. IN December I not only get married, but I also am graduating! I am ready for school to be over for good. I have been a student for years and I'm tired of it.

It is going to be a rough semester. I thought it was going to be easy, but I dropped my Chemistry class during the second summer session and now I have to take it in the Fall with the rest of my classes. That puts me at 17 hours! Yikes!

I can't wait for school to start. I have meetings that start next week. I am so bored sitting her eon my butt all day. It starts for me the week in August. Finally, I get to go back to work!

never have I ever seen a poll on here with 100%. :bbeek: I voted yes, it can't start fast enough for me. :D The children are excited as well. But I don't think they are quite as excited as me.

My son goes back August 28 (while we are in Jamaica) and my daughter the first week of September. I am ready for the most part, but I wish I was going to be here when Kolton's school started. I thought it was the first of September when I planned it.

Not a parent, but a teacher, and NO! I'm so not ready to go back. Summer vacation isn't near long enough.

It is way too long for me. I hate having NOTHING to do all day while Sean gets to go to work.

Yes and no. It will be nice to get them out of the house. But my oldest son is starting Freshman year of high school, so I'm not looking forward to all the prep involved (registration day, physical, orientation day, a million forms to fill out, etc).

My other son is in special education preschool for speech issues. Registering him was a piece of cake....fill out one form, mail a check, done!! :)

I don't have kids, but I'm still not ready. I hate driving through school zones!
