Glasses - Yes or No?

For those of us who wear glasses, are you going to wear them at your wedding?

I have had glasses since I was 7 years old. I can't see a thing without them. I have had them on for every waking moment of my life for the last 20 years. If I don't wear them I can't see a thing and I get a debilitating migraine. I wore mine on my wedding day. If they are good enough for every other moment in my life, they are good enough for my wedding day.

When I was young, I didn't need glasses. I only needed them when I got to be about 45 years old. So I don't feel like they are part of me so I could do without them in a heartbeat. But I'm also not as vane as I used to be, so I am not really concerned how it will look in the pictures. So, that being said, I will wear my glasses for the wedding. :D

That is kinda how I felt Karen. I only got my glasses back in Aug of "05. And they are pretty much for driving and for working. They come off as soon as I get in the house. So I didnt wear them in the wedding.

I usually only wear my glasses at night, and I will be wearing my contacts.

I have had glasses for as long as I can remember and I have terrible eyesight. I wear them pretty much 24/7...I prefer them to contacts, but when I look at pics of myself with my glasses all I can see are my glasses. For my wedding I do not want anything to distract from my pics so I will be wearing my contacts. Just my personal preference.

My glasses are a part of me. Of course I'm going to wear them! I actually got my brand new pair with my wedding in mind. :)

I have worn contacts since I can remember.. I only have a pair of glasses as back up. So I wore my trusty ol' contacts!

I will be wearing them for part of the wedding. So for most of the posed pictures, I will have them off. But for the other pictures (like during the ceremony), I will have them on.

I am getting new glasses; I need them anyway. But I wanted new ones for the wedding. I am thinking of getting "cat eye" glasses. I had them when I was 3 and I think they looked so cute!

I dont have to wear my glasses so I'm not going to for the wedding. I only really wear them when my eyes are really tired.

That's what I got for mine! However, I had to go all the way to New York City to buy mine because no one in my area sells them.... They're by far the best glasses I've ever owned. :D

I didn't wear either for the day, and I probably should have, but things were ok. I have a bad habit of not wearing them more then I do wear them!! :)

I only wear my glasses for reading (usually just at work)

Eric however wears glasses 24/7 and will be switching to his contacts the day of the wedding...my baby has the prettiest eyes!
