I am officially Mrs. Davis!!!

I woke up the first time around 3:15 to a screaming woman on TV. I couldn't fall back asleep so I got up and got on the computer for a little while. It was raining when I got up that time. Around 5 am, I was able to fall back asleep.

I had my alarm set for 8 am as I had to be out of the house by 10:30 because Pat wanted to be able to come back to the house and get ready.

Well, I woke up at 7:30 and figured I may as well get my butt out of bed.

I showered and tried to stay calm the whole time and would say I did a darn good job. I then went and got my daughter in the tub and then started calling all my girls to make sure everyone was all set....they were of course.

I called most of the service providers and they were all set as well and of course they were.

I gathered the rest of my stuff and begin piling it into my car and my daughter and I went to Dunkin' Donuts to get some breakfast. My poor daughter dropped her donut on the floor, but I let her have the rest of my bagel...LOL After that we headed over to the mall to go meet my SIL Kelsie who was getting her toes and nails done.

Then we were off to Things Remembered to find something for Patrick and this was what I decided on:

I had PED & EDD 7-21-06 engraved on to it and there is a spot to put our photo in when we get them back!

After that we went to lunch at Olive Garden with Kelsie and Carla and had some GOOD food!!!

Then it was off to get our hair done!!

I had gone down to show my step-mother and she started crying...I felt so bad, but she said that I just looked so beautiful...and I didn't even have any make up on yet!!

We got to the mansion and started setting up at first for an outdoor ceremony, but it ended having to be an indoor ceremony. Pat showed up at 10 minutes of five and started yelling that I need to get upstairs. But, first he sent his man Nick in with something for me:

This came with instructions that I HAD to wear it with my dress...even though it wouldn't match my earrings. I sent down his pocketwatch and left everyone else to finish up downstairs.

I went up stairs at exactly 5 and decided to start getting ready. I put on my dress and Gwen and my mother started fixing me up:

I had my necklace put on and my garters as well. I had Karen put on my garters that I had gotten for me and told her to put them up as high as she felt comfortable going because I wanted Pat to have to go in for them!!! Then I asked Gwen to put the garter that I caught at her wedding up on my opposite leg. It really meant a lot to me to have her do that for me.

The photographer arrived at 5:30 and then said she had to leave because she forgot a screw...I started panicking at that point, she said ten minutes...well, she was 20 but she was back in time!

I can't wait to see my pictures. We heard Take My Breath Away and the girls started down the stairs. After they were all in place though, I heard the Wedding March!! I didn't want that!!!! Least of my worries though!! As I came through the door, you could just see Pat's face light right up...I wish I had a picture of it now, but I don't as my camera was left upstairs. In true Patrick form, he made a wise crack about there being pizza at home. LOL

We went through the Unity Candle ceremony and the marriage vows and said the I Do's but much beyond that, I don't really know what was said....I remember JAMMING the ring on his finger and almost crying while listening to what Marie was saying......getting one hell of a kiss and then being pronounced and then heading out.....
