I have been feeling really down lately. I feel so sad and anxious and worry ALL the time. I eat just to eat, even when I am NOT hungry. I am constantly fighting with James, we had a HUGE fight last night. I have headaches all the time, and I have trouble concentrating on anything.

I have my post partum appointment tomorrow so will be talking to the doctor tomorrow.

Megan I am so sorry to hear this. I bet Katie's scare didn't help you anxiety either. I hope the doctor can help you feel like your old self again soon!

Oh Megan, I am so sorry!! You are a wonderful mom, and have a beautiful, sweet little girl, but sometimes things can just get overwhelming. I hope your doctor really listens to you and does what it takes to help you feel better!

Hey ladies I have been feeling much better since going to the doctor. I am beginning to think I dont have PND, I think I was just going crazy from being inside the house so much lateley. Its been raining here a ton, so been stuck inside, but the last few days I have been out of the house and am feeling so much better. I am still waiting for the pshycologist to call my back though so that I can get some counciling just in case.

I hope that you continue to feel better and better. The fact that you even want to get out of the house and get fresh air speaks volumes to me!

I agree with Keely!

I think I was feeling the same way as you were. All that rain was really bumming me out! Yesterday was gorgeous here, and I'm sure it was just as pretty where you live! Hooray for sunshine! Now, how long will it last?

So glad to hear that you are starting to feel better. I think that this weather is starting to put a lot of people in a bit of a "mood". It is hard to deal with no sun and all this rain/snow all the time!
