How do you feel about color in your wedding dress?

I did not rule it out as such, but went with a Thai Silk, so it wasnt white white, it was a natural white.

I would have considered a dress with a hint of pink to tie in with my bridesmaid dresses if I didnt love the dress I picked so much

Colour is totally cool with me. I was semi looking for a dress that had blue in it because it is my favourite colour. the dress i chose had no colour at all though.

I originally wanted to order my dress in fushcia just because I don't think it a necessity to wear white on my wedding day. But my mother sat there and cried when I went up to order it so I gave in and ordered white with pikn accents instead. (I liked my dress but I would have LOVED it in the fuschia.)

I had a little bit of color. The trim of the dress was silver, which I loved. I thought it breaked of the solidness of all white, you know?

Nope, not for me. I do like some of the dresses that have like a colored stripe at the top of the dress or bottom of the dress or something, or a colored sash around the waist....but dresses with like colored lace over it and all of that, no way.

I bought a dress with a burgundy band with embroidery on the top and bottom of the dress. I fell in love with it when I saw it and was quite shocked that my mother found and it showed it to me.

I was sure that my grandmother wasn't going to like it when I tried on something similar on dress shopping day, but she loved the idea of color!

I never ruled it out and thought that it would be cute....but only hints of color. I am just not the pink/yellow/blue/etc. wedding dress type. My dress is ivory with mocha accents. I love it!!!

My dress was trimmed in red and had a red band around the waist. I loved it. If I could do it over again I would have went for an all red dress just to be different

I voted "no" b/c the dress I chose was all white. I tried on some other versions of white and ivory to make sure, but white looked best on me. I have seen some gorgeous colored/color splash dresses though.

My dress is all white, but I wouldn't have objected to having a hint of color. I think it is pretty.

I originally wanted a David's Bridal dress that had red around the top and a layer of red underneath that you could see at the bottom and red lace up back but when I tried it on, I didn't even like it. So no its not for me!

That's a tricky one. If I were having a christian ceremony, I would not want color in my dress. Having a hindu ceremony, I will be wearing a deep red color dress, with gold accents.

If I had a traditional wedding I would have wanted to throw in as much non tradition as possible. I use to talk about getting married in a black dress ;)

Funny, even though we had a simple ceremony in our home and I didn't wear a gown, I still wore white (not necessarily intentionally) ... I wore a white linen dress ;)

Originally, I had wanted a dress that was white with colored accents, but I couldn't find any that came in the color I wanted or the style I wanted.... so I gave up on it.... but I definately would have been willing.

What a beautiful gown!

I voted a hint of color. I love that idea. I dont want the traditional all white gown for me. I would like some color but it will only be accents not a colored gown. :D

I personally wanted an all white dress.

I have seen other dresses though with a little color that were very beautiful though!
