Clean up

We have a custodian for the clean up after the reception and ceremony, but they only sweep and stuff like that. Who do I ask to help with the rest? And how do I ask that?

Just like in any other situation, you politely ask for help in cleaning up from anyone and everyone who helped to create the mess. Yourself included. Being a bride (I'm one, too, and will be the last to leave my own reception) doesn't exclude you from tidying up after the party.

for my brothers wedding, all of us bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, parents of the bride and groom, and the bride and groom themselves all woke up at 8am to go to the hall to clean up- it wasnt too fun getting up, but it made their wedding even more special all being together the day after to talk about what was perfect about the wedding, and they also got some great pictures of the cleaning crew party! it was great and unforgettable! i would suggest that, but anyone can help if they want!
