Play Sport???

Hey ladies, I was just curious how many of you played sports in school, what kind, and do you play now.

I will start things off.

I played bball in school, but was a real klutz. My feel usually got in my way.

Now I play on two softball leagues for three teams. My feet still get in the way, but I make it look good!!!

I wanted to play some sports in high school but never had the time. I did play (when an adult) for a coed baseball (or was it softball) team. However while in school I was a cheerleader from the time I was in the 4th grade through 12th grade graduation.

I never was very coordinated with sports so I didn't play in school. I have been trying to play things like volleyball now that I am a little older and don't care what people think. That and it's great excercize.

Never. I hated to run. I hated to sweat. I hated to basically even move. LOL!! Too much work if you ask me.

I am the least athletically inclined person that ever existed...EVER...adn would not burden any poor team with that.

Volleyball, Soccer, Softball (in my 20's), Cheerleader for 3 yrs in High School and now I compete in horse shows!

Oh and ran track too in High School!

In junior high I was on the volley ball team, and played soft ball. In highschool I was on the swim team and played Rugby!! :)

I don't run. Even if someone is chasing me, I won't run. It is just going to piss them off even more when they catch me. I don't sweat, ever!. Enough said on that one. I have no team mentality. Frankly, I spent enough time at school with thngs, they didn't need more of me.

I played nothing. I was in band and drama along with several organizations.

Ok I was definitely an athlete in high school and before. I did cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, ice hockey (managed), and track and field. I have a lot of varsity letters.

Now I do cheerleading, ballet and tap, gymnastics (I'm training for a special alumni meet), and I've taken in figure skating again (I did it when I was a young girl).

Other than that I was in regular choir, concert band, drama, marching band (I marched in my cheerleading uniform), and show choir.

I played softball from 5 yrs. old up until h.s., then quit to do cheerleading for 3 years. I was also on the bowling team, if that counts as a sport lol!

I played softball when I was in elm school if that counts. I wasn't very good at it. I've never really cared much for sports.

I do play tennis every now and then (for fun and exercise), I like it but I'm not really good or anything.

I wasn't ever really a sporty type person. I was a cheerleader a couple of years. I also played tennis one year. My main focus in school was barrel racing, mounted drill team, and rodeo queens contests. I also showed sheep and cattle. Give me a minute and I'll posts some pics.

I am on the palomino (yellow horse). I was about 16 here. This was in a our county fair parade.

This next one is showing my heifer, Destiny, at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo one year. I was probably about 16 there too.

This first pic is that same heifer from the other picture when she was a baby. I was either 14 or 15 in this pic.

And this last one is pretty funny. Like I said, I was in a mounted drill team. Our drill master always had some theme we had to ride to. One year when we went to the state 4-H horse show in Abilene our theme was Zoro. We didn't have enough guys so that all the girls could be senioritas and all the guys could be Mexican soldiers. Well I ended up having to dress up like a Mexican soldier. Here it is.

I played field hockey in high school for about two years. Nothing since.. lol

In school I netball, touch football, softball and did trampolining.

Now I still play netball and also play beach volleyball for fun.
