Ok, I have a groomzilla on my hands. Last night we were working on the invitations. My word, Fh flipped if something wasn't perfectly straight! Printed out the return address labels and started to put them on the envelopes. I think he felt the need to unpeel and restick over half of them. I didn't see anything wrong with them!
Now he is getting picky on all the minor details. He is driving me insane. Now don't get me wrong, I am so glad he is helping as much as he is, but he is starting to get a little bit annoying with needed everything perfect!
Anyone else have this problem?

What ever then don't ask me to put in my two cents.

My fh is the same way, except we have been fitting like non stop!!! It really sucks. If he would just leave me alone, everything would be fine.

This is why I didn't allow Sean to be involved with the wedding plans, except to write checks. I didn't want him in my way with his little opinions about MY wedding.

After Brian picked the colors, agreed on the ceremony and reception site, he didnt have an opinion on hardly anything until about 1 month before when it was time for him to start working on the house. He had to have everything so perfect he was driving himself nuts........

LOL...Eric came to that conclusion all on his own shortly after the bouquet fiasco! Now he just says "yes I like that, do you need money?"

I tried to tell ya'all that when planning a wedding there is no just thing as a democracy...it is a brideocracy...I am the boss..deal with it!!! Joel understands this and everything I bring up...he just pretty much accepts!!! I love him for this..and he gets to live comfortably because of it.

He was like that in the beginning. Just told me what he liked but it was kinda like pulling teeth just to get a definate answer out of him. Now he has too many answers! Of course I want help with music and he doesn't want anything to do with that! He insists his job is to talk with the DJ. Well he isn't doing very good at that right now

Oh, before my wedding it was a joke around here on how many wedding questions I could actually ask Brian before his eyes glazed over......

That sounds so much like Jerry. He knew which questions I really wanted help and answers to and then for everything else he just said "Honey, I want whatever you want. Here's the checkbook." Gotta love that man. :D

mine isn't doing well with the dj either. It's like a friend of his, so when he comes o the house to talk about the ceremony and stuff, they drink beer, and play video games.

My FH is a pain as well. He wants to be involved in every decision, and then doesn't like what I like. So that I wouldn't go nuts with him, I decided on each item where there had to be a decision made, to pick my favorite three things, and then let him choose from them. He wasn't allowed to look at anything that I hadn't already chosen as being something I would like. It made things so much easier when we were in the choosing stage! Now, I just need him to actually call the DJ and call the jeweler about the rings!!

The only time Brian turns in a groomszilla is when we discussed the fact of a DJ or a Band. He wanted them both and I said no there is no way we can afford both. So I got my way and we ended up with the DJ. Thank god its not over everything. I'm stressed enough as it is .
