Ok, this is another thread where you don't have to share if you don't want to. :D And I am only speaking of you ladies and not your combined incomes. You don't have to be exact, of course.

Most of you ladies know I'm single and have been since my divorce from my one and only husband, 19 years ago. In my job, I make exactly $47K a year. I can and will retire on 6/13/12. I can't wait!!!!

I make between 21-30k (the lower end :bbcry: ). I was making closer to 40k at my last job...but I was also losing my flippin mind too!!! With Joel's income and BEFORE taxes (damn taxes...lol) we come in just over the 60k mark!!!

I, by myself am right in the middle of the 21-30k...together with Pat puts us at the lower end of the 31-40k bracket....until now when Pat has started making more money. We will probably fall in the middle of 31-40k now.

I live in a very inexpensive area. So in a larger city, people with my same job would be making about $30 a year. But my small little county bearly has me making $20 a year. Steve on the other hand makes in the upper $30, lower $40. So the combined income looks much better to me!

I know exactly what you mean Nikki about the area that you live in, because I would think that places like NY would have a higher pay scale than Phoenix, but I could be wrong.

My job doesnt pay so good. I am making 0.50 cents less an hour then I was 5 years ago when I got done work to stay home after having my second child. I have been in this job for 3 1/2 years now and I am still no where near what I was making. Could you imagine if I stayed at that job I had what I would be making now?
I am in the under $20 mark. It sucks. I am not even at the middle stage of what I oculd be making at this job. I need a new one.
Nicholas makes good money s a manager but I am not exactly sure where he stands. I know what he brings hoem each week but nto sure where he stand yearly.
I have a headache and dont feel like trying to figure it out lol.

Oops....voted for the wrong one....our income combined is between $75K and $80K. $75K w/o Alex's bonuses from work and $80K with bonuses.

Between 30 - 40K. Considering what I do (which is absolutely everything!), I still feel grossly underpaid LOL
Our business $$$ affords us a wedding, the children's necessities and gas for our car!
Oh I should mention that I live in the most taxed place in ALL of North America! I would bet that most here, take home more than I do after taxes.

For us, it's really hard to say what we make a year...what with Matt being in Real Estate and me not working. We will probably make some where between 40-60k working on the farm together. (and have holidays payed for by the farm. As well as vehicles in the future.) In this year we are going to have bought and sold two homes and made a good chunk of money on them both. We are happy and provided for.

I work for my mom and babysit... I dont even make $1000 per month but I live with my parents rent free. I go to school full time and my school schedule keeps me from working full time...

I'm on the higher end of the 31-40K bracket I have been in this position for a little over a year now and LOVE it. Mr. Money Bags (my nickname for Eric because he makes it but doesn't spend it or dress, drive like someone who makes what he does)...makes a helluva lot more than I do which will enable us to buy our farm, build our new barn complete with a wash bay and indoor riding arena and feed those damn hay burners (AKA horses). In the horse world we have a saying....I OWN HORSES...I'M BROKE!

It's hard to say now because Justin just started a new job and it is mostly commission. We are estimating that he will bring in around 40K this year. Last year at his old job it was 34 K. I do not work right now, but I graduate in December. Therefore when I get a job I am hoping to make starting out at least 30 K. That would make us very comfortable on 70k. But I guess you could say we are on going to be in the higher end of 31-40K.

I make about 25K, but like Gwen, Im not making anywhere what I was making before I moved. I KNOW Im underpaid, If I were doing this same job in the town I used to live in Id be making 10,000-15,000 more a year.

I have a 100% commission job so it kinda depends on the month how much I make. This year so far I have made just over $45K. Hopefully I can keep it up considering FH is having a hard time finding job after graduating from college.
The cost of living is VERY expensive where I live in Orange County CA. The cheapest condo I have found in this area is about $500,000. YIKES!!!

Ugh, I hate that! I sold vacuum cleaners for a while several yrs ago, I had good weeks and bad weeks, but over all it sucked and I would never do it again.

That was how it was when my DH was doing real estate. We're happy to get back into farming because we know it will be a steady income! ;)

I'm starting a new job in September (i'm a teacher) and will be getting about a $10,OOO a year raise (plus working fewer hours; i'm so happy that i'm not going to be working in NYC anymore!). So when that happens, I'll be making just over 60k. Though, since I live right outside NYC, that doesn't count for much. Combined, Manish and I make over 100k as he works in computers. Again, it's not worth as much as it should be! Cost of living in NY is horrendous.
