Before we got married I would refer to DH as Fiance' to ppl that didn't know him. If I was talking to someone that knew him, I would just use his name.

It is funny talking about him around some of his family, he and his father and grandfather share the same name ... sometimes ppl have to ask which one I am referring to, so sometimes I say JR as he is called in the family.

Most of the time i just called him Mar. Sometimes i would say fiance but not a whole lot. It felt a little funny. Even know i have a hard time sayiing 'oh my husband...' i guess because i feel so young and none of the people who i work with are married so it's strange. If that makes any sence.

When I'm with our close friends, they refer to us as husband and wife already, so I just say "the husband." Otherwise, it's Steve.

I call Sean by his first name when I am addressing him or talking about him. Unless I am REALLY mad. I mean so mad that I can't stand it, then I call him Skippy. When I am talking to other people, I introduce him as my partner, Sean.

LOL oh that's a tricky one. At our age, I hate the word boyfriend, he's more than a significant other but he's not my husband. He is my partner but that is what I call him when I am talking about our business. So, I normally avoid calling him anything but Hugh.

While the minister knew all along that we weren't married, I think some in our congregation were suprised when he read our wedding bans. I can wait to say "this is my husband, Hugh".

I call him Bill when talking to other people. But when talking to him, I call him Billy. He likes it. That's what I called him when we were kids.

Like most people, it depends on whom I am speaking too. If it is someone who knows his name, or him personally, I call him by name. Otherwise, I call him my fiance. When annoyed, lol, I call him "My Darling Fiance!"

I totally relate to that one, it was such relief to say finacee and now it's my soon to be husband/future husband.

He calls me the Mrs. or Baby lol!

It depends on who I'm talking to.... To strangers, I usually just refer to him as my fiance. To people who know him, I usually refer to him as Matt... Sometimes if I'm talking to someone we're pretty close to, I refer to him as Matty.
