Our officiant was male. Gender didn't matter to me. Getting the ceremony I wanted mattered to me.

I never thought it mattered to me until we initially started looking and then I decided I really prefered a man. Apparently I am sexist. Anyway when Marnie called me we just automatically clicked. We had a lot in common and she just truly wanted me to have the best ceremony. So we hired her and I am so happy about it.

Our officiant was a man, he is actually younger than us and covered in tattoos ;) We really like him and he did everything just the way we wanted, it was great! Before we found him, we were going to go with a minister friend of mine that used to do alot of weddings with me when I was a photographer. (I would have been fine with a woman as long as she could give us the ceremony we wanted)

I'm not sure how we found our officiant but he was a male and he attempted to speak German so all in all he was really good!

Our is male. He was our pastor, but he just recently moved and is still doing our ceremony for us. I think it would be weird for us to have a female pastor just because I've never had one, but I wouldn't object to it.

Our minister is male, he is an old family friend, he an his wife and Eric's folks were friends before Eric was born. He and his wife love me and I feel the same about them, his wife is making our wedding video (pics set to music of me and eric).
