Help! I'm planning a New Years Eve wedding

I have already booked the Justice of the Peace, music and venue I wasn't planning on hiring a photographer just on having cameras at all the tables.I have no idea on decor though!

Well you posted this is the "Uniquely You" forum, so that means you are doing something untraditional; so I am not sure what to suggest.

Do you have a theme you are trying to go with ... something traditional you want to stay away from?

Oh maybe I posted in the wrong category as for the wedding I'm basically looking at things like is gonna be a New Years Eve party with a mid-night ceremony n since I don't really know the steps the JP takes to marry us I don't know what to plan and seem to need some help with ideas for decor n food also

I guess I would start by contacting the JP and see how things will go on that end so you know.

You can decorate really any way you want; do you want to go with a New Years Eve party theme ... like with noise makers and such?

Food is the same; you can have whatever you want. Maybe since it is so late you can do like a midnight snack thing and have some hor dorves/finger foods on a buffet.
