I just want to let you all know that getting married can be an expensive thing and when it comes to having your dream wedding or having your dream home, you don't have to choose, you CAN do both!

You can now use your bridal registry as a down payment source on a home.

While I am already married and we already have a home, I am curious ... I have never heard anything about using your registry as a down payment on a house; how does that work?

Well without divulging too much info, you just need to open an account specifically for that. There are certain things to abide by while in the process but that's the gist
