Well, both of us being poor college students won't have much money. So we might just go to the Mall of America, plus I want to go there again anyway!

Even a quiet weekend alone at home can be a nice honeymoon. Lock all the doors and don't answer the phone ;)

We are going to the UK and I am glad we booked our flight when we did. Airfare has since gone way up!

We went to DisneyWorld and had a blast! I am a Disney freak so that seemed to be the best place to go. lol

I don't know where we are going - it's a surprise. Hugh teases me that we are going to go to Plattsburgh, VT. No offence to anyone who lives there but I don't want to go to Plattsburgh.

I would be quite happy if he were to rent a cottage for a week.

We are going to Jamaica! I am excited about that! I think the Caribbean is always a fabulous place to go!

Jonathan and I are all about the Sandal's Grande Ochos Rios Resort in Jamaica. We have a back-up plan if something comes up money-wise. My grandparents have offered us one of their weeks from their timeshare for either our honeymoon, 1st vacation, or anniversary. Of course if we dont use any of those options we'll still be able to use it later on.

Sean and I went to the Bahamas (Sandals Royal Bahamian). We wanted a honeymoon that would allow us to do nothing but sleep and recoup from 15 months of planning a wedding on top of everything else that happened in every day life.

Michael and I didn't have much for a big honeymoon after the wedding and our new apartments @ the time. My brother gave us tickets for Universal Studios. The night of our wedding we came back home, opened all our gifts, then we went to Red Lobster and got a feast to go. We had dinner in bed and the next day we went to Universal Studios. We will be married for 4 yrs. in Oct. and we still haven't been able to really go out and celebrate or get away for a week w/ our jobs and everything! I'm hoping that next yr. (our 5th yr. anniversarry) we can go to Las Vegas or somewhere and have our "REAL HONEYMOON" we never really got.LOL!

We're going to Cozumel, Mexico for a week immediately following the wedding. We set up the honeymoon the same day that we got our wedding date, that's how important the time away is for us. Mostly because his brother lives with us, so there would be no honeymoon at all if we stayed home! Can't wait! Only 19 more days!

DH and I went on a cruise. We left from Jacksonville FL, and went to Key West then to Nausea Bahamas.

WE are going to Disney World. My first choice was a beach, but Fh did the picking. But that's ok, cause I love disney!

If you're on a smaller budget I think a bed and breakfast would be a good idea in one of those little touristy type towns. In Texas they have some fabulous little places in towns like Gruene, Fredericksburg, and Bandera. I know there are more, but those are just some nice ones I know of.

Theme parks also seem to be a popular choice. I think Sea World would be a fun honeymoon! I know the one in San Antonio is a blast!

FH has never been to Disney World, I've been twice, in '98 and '01. The second time was with my high school chorus to perform. But my sister is going for the same reason in '09, and I told her I'd go, so maybe we can go there 2 years after our wedding also. Yay Disney!

My fiance and I are going to South Carolina a week after the wedding. We will be there for a week. We are going to drive down from where we live in Indiana about 13 hours and take our time getting down there and we are going to stay in Charleston for a night and take a carriage ride :) then drive the half hour or so down to Port O' Call the next day and start our vacation steps from the beach in a nice condo that is $1400 for the week. We will have two patios and an amazing view from the bedroom. We are soooo excited, too bad its about 9 1/2 months away!!
