So I'm trying not to get my hopes up but it really hard...for the last week I have had horrible migranes that won't go away...and yesterday stupid me realized, duh last time i had headaches like this I was pregnant. So knowing I wouldn't be able to sleep after work cause the headache has caused loss of sleep last couple nights I headed to immediate care...thinking ok pinched nerve. Well they were closed and closest one was another 10 miles across town. So went next door to er. Explained to nurse problem and worried bout possible pregnancy...mind everyone I'm also at this moment on nuva ring for birth control for little bit longer. Well they did test and said***tmI*** that the urine was diluted because I've drank too much water that day....uh excuse I haven't had anything other than soda that day because of headache...recently down from 6 cans of pop a day to 1 til other day when headaches started getting worse. So they said it was negative but didn't really sound very convincing to me cause they said sometimes you get false negative when pee is like that. So first thing I call my ob and she immediatly ordered blood test. Well I had order sent to closest clinic in which my MIL is the "vampire" at. Well when we were done with husbands dr appt for his nasty cold we went so i could the bloodwork done. First of all my MIL wants us to have another one like asap. So we could see her GIANT smile right away. She did awesome job with the needle and sent it on its merry way...So now we are waiting til tomorrow for the results and this is driving me nuts..DH isn't as upset as i worried he might be, only because he is still dealing, as I am also, with the grief of our son. He said if its positive than its ok. And he said right away he knows I didn't plan it and knows if it happenes its for a reason...So here I am waiting for the phone in the morning to ring. I think I'll be really disappointed if it is negative because the syptoms this last week are just like it was when I was pregnant with Nicholas. and I've already taken some different meds that they say shouldn't do anything but after everything we went through before its hard not to worry...Ugh why can't they just test it asap and call us instead of waiting...I'm not a patient person

you part of me was thinking ok lets wait....maybe get a year or so of nursing school done, but they I keep thinking wow i'm 28 already...i know thats not that old but over certain age "issues" come with being preggo sometimes and we've been there done that. I know i can't always think like that but its hard not too...I really want it but also really worried if I am and so wanted to get things in better order before we tried and hello what about being able to try and not get a shock....maybe I'm just freaking over anything and everything because I wouldn't be me if I didn't do that.....Ugh this thinking is giving me a headache on top of a headache...lol

Hope to hear some good news soon. Either a BFP or a reason for those pesky headaches!
You're far enough ahead of me you should get some results soon... I can't wait to hear!

well just heard from dr and its a negative. no idea on headaches either...i knew if i got myself all worked up thinking it was negative but secretly hoping for BFP. oh well back to other plans...thanks all for the well wishes really appreciate them
Well shucks! I hope your headaches go away! Drink lots of water (I'm told this helps headaches)... must be something in the air. I've had a headache the past 4 days :(

Oh man! Well, it's probably for the best since you said you had lots of things you wanted to do before you have another baby. Now you won't have to worry about it happening too soon and you and DH can grieve and try again when you're really ready.
I'm sorry you got your hopes up though! I had mine up for you, too!

Everything will fall into place when the time is right. :heart: I know you were disappointed though. :( Hope your head feels better soon! :hug:
