The hall where I'm having my reception is hugh and decorated the right way it will be beautiful. But I'm having 1 BIG problem.I couldn't find any pictures of the inside of so I have to try to help you visualize it.

So here's my problem. When you go through the front door theres a little room with the bathrooms and what not.And then a second set of double doors that go in to the main reception hall.As soon as you go through those double doors directly to the left of you.is a hugh sink and a big cocacola frig(you know the kind thats in the stores where the shelves are made so that when you take a soda out the rest slide down.thats what it is).And beside the sink is an L shaped table built into the wall.I'm not worried about the table.I can cover it with table cloths. But my delima is hiding the sink and that ugly frig.I've been trying to figure out how to cover the sink and frig for weeks.I don't want them in my pics.

I thought I would cover them with some kind of curtain. But it's a drop ceiling so I can't hang anything from it.So last night I thought that I could make a curtain stand.Home depot has plastic pvc pipe for $1.50.the size is 3/4in x 10ft.I could get 2 or 3 of those and Fh could make an L shaped curtain stand to go on the inside of the table. Then I could hang some red and silver(my colors)curtains from it.Do you think that would work??

Sorry I know this is kind of long!

I like your Ideal, I think it should work. :eureka: I think I would do the same if I was having my wedding party there.

As i was reading your post. My first thought was a screen of some kind. I'm thinking about making one to hide my Washer and Drier in the Conservatory.

Then as i read on, it looks like you already have it covered.

No pun intended.

I have the same issue with an area in my reception hall. Except its a part of the room that they store the extra chairs, tables and even a popcorn machine. LOL I was at a wedding recently and they rented a backrop for $80, but now I wonder if I can just buy the materials needed to make it myself. Or FH rather :)

I just don't know the actual dimensions. Hmmmm...
