How He Proposed

This past summer, FH and I were vacationing on the beach. It had been a long, long day. I was in a casual sundress with my wet hair pulled up in a messy bun. I didn't have on any make up or shoes, and I felt pretty disgusting. It was really windy and cool on the shore, so we decided to take a walk along the beach around seven thirty that night. There were only a few people out on the beach, and it wasn't super dark yet. After about twenty minutes of walking around a splashing water at each other, FH and I layed down in the sand next to each other. After laying there and talking about how wonderful our vacation had been going for ten minutes or so, FH stood up and grabbed my hands to pull me up. As soon as I was standing, he got down on one knee, pulled a little box out of his jacket pocket, and proposed. I was completely surprised. We immediately embraced and ran back up to our condo hand in hand. :hearts:;):hearts:

I always wanted a beach proposal, but I always thought I'd at least look somewhat pretty during it... Or at least have dry hair?
