Okay i really need help figuring out my cycle days n stuff. Ive been on bc for like 2 yrs. Im really trying to chart stuff since were gonna TTC in Dec.
I had AF onAug 20-24 then Sept.22-27 and i normally have it towards the end of the month. well she popped up again yesterday morning. It started as spotting and im like full blown flow today. Im really worried this will mess us up when we TTC. Can yawl help me figure out my cycle days?

when did u go off BC? if August was ur first AF sans BC then ur prolly still not "back to normal" it takes time... i think it took me like 6 months before AF was completely regular and semi-predictable...

It'll take a few months for AF to go back to normal... I'd say count this as AF... if it goes more than 7-10 days I'd go see a doc. Don't wait 3 mos like I did :blink:

thats just it im still on bc. so i should count this as AF and stop bc now b4 we ttc in dec?

If you want to TTC in December I would go off BC as soon as you finish your pack, don't wait too long. I thought going off of it one month in advance was enough, I didn't realize my body would such a hard time adjusting.

ur still on BC? hmm i'm assuming ur on the pill? bleeding in between periods is an occasional side effect of BC... ur cycle on the pill should be completely regulated... and if ur planning on TTCing in december i would stop at least a few months in advance b/c ur body has to get back to NOT being controlled by external hormones... but i'm no doc

im gonna finish this pack and have nov and dec i guess to get normal then start at the end of dec to begin of jan.
