Two questions...

1. How early should I book the honeymoon?
*We would like to do it through a travel agent and make payments if at all possible. Our wedding is July 16, 2011.

2. What is a good residential beach in Florida to rent a private home with a pool and VERY close beach access?
*We would like to stay south of Orlando at first so that we can go to Orlando and stay on our way back up.

Any suggestions or answers would be wonderful!

As a travel agent I ca tell you there is enough time on your part. Especially seeing that you are paying in installments. What I would advise you to do is be certain the place you would like to honeymoon at. With this much time couples tend to jump from state to state & destination to destination. LOL.

If you go through an agent be sure to have one than can work with you as couple. For example I cater mostly to honeymooners and couples going on anniversaries. Most travel agents basically just find you a deal with the hotel/resort and airfare. I like to make sure its not just that vague. I keep in constant contact with my couples and keep them informed. In the process I learn as much as I can about them and this helps me in planning their activities. This helps make the honeymoon unforgettable. When the couple leaves they can expect a surprise at their destination. (wont be a surprise if I tell)

There are a few places not far from Orlando. Finding a place for partial payments might be your biggest problem but time is on your side as I stated. If you like I can look around and see what I can find you.
