This is what my hair looks like now (got a trim on Saturday); it is about time to dye it again -

I have been dying it red/pink; something like this -

I was playing around on that elf makeup site with new hair dos and liked these -

I was blond in high school and about 6 years ago had blond streaks in my natural light brown hair.
I asked DH and he just said both look good ;)
I know he likes the lighter shades, so I won't go darker. I am sort of afraid to go blond again though and damage my hair. The Manic Panic color I use now is natural, temporary and doesn't damage my hair. So if I did the blond I would only do it once.

Well, I really like you with the red/pink you have now... but the blond mockups (or whatever they're called :)) look nice too. I think the second one is super cute.

You know, speaking as someone who loves the red but wears the blonde, I'm jealous of your red hair! :hearts:
But you look really cute with the blonde too, so I can get behind it. ;)

I really like the red, but I sort of want to do something different.
I just don't want to damage my hair ...

I've thought about going blond too... not platinum or anything, but when I was a kid my hair was more blond/brown, and as I got older it became more red/brown... I've considered dying it how it was when i was kid, but I'm afraid to damage it.
Well I think they're both hot! I think change is good... I like to change my hair up once in awhile. Hey, at least you know if you go blonde and don't like it, you're not stuck with it for life :)
I do gotta add though, that last blonde pic is stunning. It really draws out your eyes :D

I really am feeling the uniqueness about the red. The blonde is cool but theres something edgy and flirty about the red:yesnod:
I had gone blonde for a bit...well lots of highlights anyways....it grows out so quick and its an expensive up keep IMO.

That is a big reason why I did it to begin with ... maybe I will just keep it ... or maybe bleach out for a brighter red/pink ;)

Yeah, the blond would be a pain to keep up, probably more so than the red.

Thanks ... well, I think I have decided againist the blond. I had thought about bleaching it just to dye it brighter red, but still go back to the damage thing and think again.
So I guess I am gonna stick with the red.

I really like that second picture with the blonde! I think it would look good :yesnod: Maybe do blonde and then some red or pink chunks in it. Or after you dye it you could add some color if you don't like the blonde.

I thought about doing that, but still worry about the damage.
I thought about doing it just once, but then I remember the last time I tried to bleach my hair it burned the back of my neck.

I personally LOVE your red hair, but if you were to decide to bleach your hair add some sugar to the bleach. It'll help you not to have a reaction to it. I have a few clients that are sensitive to bleach and that's what I do to help!
