chocolate favors how long before u can make them?

i am still trying to figure this harley davidson theme thing as some of you know...soi saw that someone made chocolate motorcycles for favors and i was wondering if anyone had done anything w chocolate and how long can u make them before the wedding day?

I made truck favors out of chocolate - and left them in the fridge and totally forgot about them till after the wedding LOL!

However, I'd say you can make them a week in advance with no worries!
