Free Photo Resizer

For those of you that don't have a photo editing program and would like to make your photos smaller before uploading and posting? Check out this free program -

PhotoResizer.exe (http://www.plushdesigns.net/PhotoResizer.exe)

It should work on any Windows machine at least ... I have'nt used it myself but I hear good things about it ;)
