I am trying to plan a wedding in playa de carmen or cozumel however I would like some help determining what time of year is best for weather and prices????

Have you done a web search on these locations? "cozumel + weddings" brings up some hits that may get you in the right direction.

I live in San Antonio, and I know that in this area of the world, off season (Sept.-Feb.) is the cheapest, and it's not so hot, either. You might want to research monsoon season and all that, because how romantic is a wedding on the beach, when it's not on the beach because it's pouring?
