We had our tasting tonight and we have officially decided that we're going with the site. I pick up the contract tomorrow to look over it with my parents and then sign it and take it to the venue Friday afternoon or Saturday evening.
I was really impressed with the food... we tasted:
Three peppercorn strip loin accompanied by roasted new potatoes with melted parmesan cheese, almond butter green beans, and steamed veggies.
Autumn Stuffed Chicken with roasted red pepper cream sauce accompanied by wild rice, asparagus with herb butter, and zucchini/sqaush/peppers medley with a marinade.
Chicken Piccata with a lemon caper sauce accompanied by garlic smashed potatoes, tomatoes with olive oil and melted parmesan cheese, and steamed veggies.We'll be going with the Three Peppercorn Strip Loin and Autumn Stuffed Chicken for our entrees. Our sides will be garlic smashed potatoes, steamed veggies, and the zucchini/squash/peppers medley. I do have to say that this was a hard decision because everything was excellent! :ura1: I'm excited!!
