So I saw something on TV today about eating a banana for breakfast on the big day, or a few hours before is good too. It will give you energy, help with nerves and should keep you from fainting.
Also heard to avoid heavy meals the day/night before. And no caffeine as it can add to your nerves. Stick with water and Gatorade/Powerade instead.
Anyone have anything else to add?
