Hello and welcome to OW!
I think destination weddings are great - I had one myself in Las Vegas - but I doubt I would have gotten married in England, Ireland or Wales because I would have wanted my family and friends to join me. I think the expense would have been too great.
If I LIVED in England, Ireland or Wales I'd be thrilled to get married there though....:winktongue:
Are you considering a wedding abroad?

IRELAND..hands down. I am part Irish so that one was easy, but I hear it's very beautiful there with all the grassy hills and what not. So to me that sounds like a perfect wedding.

My husband and I had our honeymoon in Ireland and loved it so much we went back for our anniversary. I am HEARTBROKEN that we aren't going for a third time this year!
Why Ireland? Two words: CASTLE. WEDDING.
