I have days where it seems like everything and anything will make me cry, but I dont feel depressed or anything.

Hmm, maybe I will have to talk to my doctor. It's been like this ever since I got pregnant- not so much before I got pregnant.
It sucks!

everyone reacts to the change in hormones differently... i hope your actively still working on what u talked about in private thoughts... b/c if u are going thru actual "depression" as far as i know there are no medications one can take safely during pregnancy.... (but i'm not a doctor so i could be wrong, this is just what i've been told by two women i worked w/who one who had bi-polar d/o the other who had clinical depression... they struggled a lot b/c pregnancy increased their symptoms and took them off their meds)

Yes, I am still working on what I said I was, I'm going to look up counseling online when I get home today. Im hoping that maybe we can find a cheaper counseler...they are all so expensive! lol..

Talk to them tho a lot of counselors will accept private insurance and/or have a sliding scale fee for u...

ps if ur near a college u may want to see if any of them have training clinics where their doctoral or master's level students see clients on the cheap but are well supervised ;)

my school has a training clinic n charges b/w 50-15 per session depending on income...

well not any college... what i would do if i were u is look on the website of the college n see if they have a psychology department... usually on the departments page it'll say if there's a clinic...

or just google "Counseling psychology clinic X, Arizona" or "Clinical psychology clinic..."

i just found the type of clinic i'm referring to at Arizona State.... idk if ur near there but it's at least a start to show u what i mean. http://psychology.clas.asu.edu/clinic

or Uof Arizona: http://www.psychiatry.arizona.edu/html/clinics/adultoutpatient.htm

if ur not near either of those clinics u may even try just calling them and asking if they are aware of any low-cost resources in your area ... i know we keep a list handy at my clinic of low cost n psychologists willing to do sliding fee...
