I did it again, up and left all my favorite ladies for a bit.

Just been a really busy month...... 2 last minute weddings coming up here, so had to plan for them. Plus a charity disc golf tournament, my ministry is hosting, to help the local food shelf.
So between writing ceremonies, contacting sponosors, advertising, website updates, helping clients, been hectic.
Just can't believe where the time has gone.

Well off to scope the boards, and then hit the course for a round or two of disc golf. I need the R & R.

Disc golf? (Or as my husband and I call it, Frolf) Is that as fun as it looks? We've been thinking of trying it.

Yes it is.

And cheap to start play. Only one disc is needed, and costs around $6.oo for the cheapest. Plus not to mention most courses are free to play.

If you plan on giving it a try, I'd suggest getting a couple discs. Go for a disc that is light, 150 grams or close to it. Takes less arm strength to throw it, even for the hubby, go with that weight. Otherwise if your arm aint use to it, can cause pain about half way down the course. also try to find on that floats in water, incase you toss it into a lake.

Yes that's my bag, but then again I've been playing for some 18 years for fun.
Would recomend it as great exercise.

We have a park near by that has a course. We didn't know anyone who did it, and never thought to ask. I think we'll have to try, as $6 is certainly an affordable experiment...

Thanks Matty! :)
