I thought it would be a great idea to start a weekly thread, on how everyone is doing? and what your struggles might be during the week, what you accomplished, your goals
and then maybe have a weigh-in at the end of the week? what day is good for everyone? Fri? Sun?
we don't have to say what we weight, just if we lost or gained!
I know this will really help me!

my goal for the rest of the week,
is no junk food
no eating after 8:30pm
drink lots of water
and getting back to the gym at least once a week :p

I really have a problem with snacking, so I will try and get that down, or atleast snack on fruit or vegtables..

We discussed something very similar in the Weight Issues thread. Some of us have started a thing were one member made a spreadsheet and we are going to update it everyweek. Sorry you missed it!!!!!!
Maybe the others that missed it can join the one in here.
