What do you do when you're bored?

I have a confession. I play an insane amount of Spider Solitaire. There, I said it.

So what do you all do when you're trying to kill time? :D

I make cards. Birthday, baby announcement, just because. I've even been making videos to show how to make cards. I'm on a great crafting forum and like to share stuff with them.

i facebook stalk. ha ha i don't mean to but once i log on i am on for hours and hours just looking at pictures, commenting, seeing who broke up etc. I am so lame. ha ha

I do lots of stuff online, like looking at facebook and ebay. I also will go through Onewed more thoroughly... look at posts I'd skipped by. I enjoy reading, too, though I don't do it nearly as much as I used to. Now that I've started the Twilight saga, I've been reading a little more, but it's harder to find a book that intrigues me as much as those.

i gave up on twilight! i was SO into it! haven't picked up a book since alex was bron though, and i have only read 2 or 3 of them...then i saw the movie twilight, and i'm through with it...i MAY watch new moon, but i doubt it.....

HOWEVER, i've gotten TOTALLY addicted to the "house of night series" by the cast's(mom and daughter)...VERY addicted!

I'm looking forward to unpacking in the new house and getting back to doing Dolls Houses. Searching eBay for 12th Scale furniture. Building new houses and decorating them.

I also look on eBay at really weird stuff. Or put in "Home and Garden" and "Nearest First" and see who's selling goodies nearby.

DH has Facebook and i go on to play games and bump his score up when he's not looking. ;)

When I'm on the road:
Workout, Read (I usually bring a few magazines and books with me), browse the net, call FH five hundred times,

At home:
Go outside and play with my dog and/or the chickens, work in the garden, cut the grass, CLEAN the house - aaand re-arrange things (furniture) so that when FH comes home I can say "Just THINK about how it would look with this color paint and the hardwood floors in!!"

What do I do when I'm bored. I come here, I know I can spend at least an hour here catching up. I play with Daisy or pester DH. I take photos, edit photos and play in photoshop. I enjoy word circles. We as a family like to go to the park and hang out just to pass the time. But recently I had a friend invite me to Facebook to play a little game they have there. It's called Farmtown and man is it addicting. haha

Well, I get bored a lot at work. (like right now for example...) and what am I doing? well, I'm here. I play spider solitaire, freecell or other online games. I window shop online and sometimes, I resort to reading wikipedia. Yup, wikipedia. I'm like, I'd like to know more about platypus, or Trinidad or whatever strikes me at the moment. :worm:

If I'm at work: I come here, google ideas for the wedding, check my e-mail like millions of times a day.

At home: I try and be productive either by cleaning, wedding stuff, going for a run or if all else fails, sit down in front of the t.v. and veg!

Lately I'm on MySpace because I've become addicted to *sorority life*. Ugh. I know, I have a hard time admitting it LOL. But I can't do it from work cuz it's blocked, so when I'm bored at work I am on my forums... emailing friends... and doing a little work in between :)

hmm when i'm really bored I come here but i'm on here so much that there's USUALLY nothing new... i also facebook stalk... google wedding ideas or other things that need to be done...

if all else fails i clean when i'm bored... which is probably what i'll be doing today (especially since I have company coming on friday)

It's my job to be bored. lol They don't give me enough to do here so when I'm bored I like to look stuff up online. Like I won't usually buy something without researching it first and reading reviews. So I spend a lot of time doing that. I also try and find the best deal possible on stuff.

Hey Rev. Matty wouldn't you call a bunch of guys who are trying to build a 68 Corvette Roadster without directions crazy? One guy with a I-phone does not sound like rational beings. Indiscriminate sawzall and pneumatic jackhammer to remove rusted bolts. I think I'm perfectly sane and I would have used the directions. LOL

I am so addicted to Farmville. FH got me into, and now I can't stop playing. It's bad to admit to it though lol.

Usually when I'm bored, I surf the internet. I go on all my sites that go on, and catch up on a couple of the forums I belong to. I play Uno on FB, and play some other games as well. I also like downloading those 1 hour free trial games, the time management ones, like Diner Dash or Wedding Dash. I could spend hours playing those games.

Well, since I'm unemployed right now ... :irked: I'm bored an awful lot. I'll clean the house, do weird things like arrange our clothes in the closet... I read... go on OW, facebook, and truuconfessions.com (probably my guiltiest pleasure!) ... I've started Christmas shopping (Not for a good reason like in the other post.. just because I love Christmas that much--I'm one of THOSE people!) and... I don't know, I'll go for a bike ride, catch up on phone calls like to my grandma and stuff.

At work I computer surf A LOT: (I have a lot of down time here because I'm an adjunct for the summer and don't really have any of my 'own' work to do)

- aol
- my local newspaper
- check each email a billion times
- craigslist
- "screen" shopping (think "window" shopping) at any and all stores I can think of
- do errands like paying bills

At home:
- play with my new puppy!
- tv
- word whomp at POGO.com (love it!)
- clean or unpack boxes (we still have A LOT to do!)

Ahh the internet is a great thing when I am bored! I love etsy.com and facebook. Currently I spend my free time looking for wedding stuff! I am getting obsessed which is okay because I don't have much free time!
