Didn't know where to put this really - but wanted to share this with you chicks since my FMIL just email the electronic copy to me!!!
I wrote (I think in my journal and maybe somewhere else?) how he proposed.. So I'll do a brief summary:
I was going to be gone for work for ~6 weeks. I got to come home for one weekend, and he told me we would go out somewhere, but didn't tell me when, where or what we were doing. I dressed cute, semi nice. He first took me to the shooting range (love skeet shooting - just not in a skirt - still had a good time.) Afterwards, he took me to Callaway Gardens - a beautiful little place in Georgia with a Vegetable and Flower Garden.
We went to rest at a gazebo, and he pulled out the brochures, told me to see what kind of special events were going on..

I hope yall can read that!! It wouldn't let me make it any bigger on Photobucket, and my Free Version on my comp has ran out of its free-ness. Whoops..
I didn't even notice at first what it said - his mom had scanned the page, he wrote the note, and they printed it and put it into an actual brochure. I just happened to look at the guy doing the back flip and saw the bottom two lines... And then I balled like a baby.

A really really really blurry picture of my beautiful ring!!! His Great-Grandmother's three-stone engagement ring - I love the unique design.
