Had to share...

I have been silent on OW since my daughter's wedding (a year ago on Saturday!) but I have been keeping up with all the ladies who were so supportive during the planning stages of the big event. I decided I just had to share the news...I'm going to be a grandma:D! My granddaughter Tawney (my grandmother's maiden name:grinhappy:) is due December 13. What an eventful year this has been!!!

Thanks ladies for all the good wishes. My husband and I have been living in Texas for the past year and our daughter is in Oregon BUT we are moving back to Oregon in about six weeks so we should be there for the birth of my first grandchild. I just received an invitation to the baby shower (and, yes, I am making a special trip to attend;)) and It made me tear up. Can't seem to get the image of my daughter being SO proud that she was able to climb up on "the high bar" (aka trapeze bar) on her swingset when she was three...Ladies, everyone says it but it really is true, cherish every moment with your children because it goes by in the bluink of an eye.
