To post here you must be a trusted member. That means you need to make more then just a couple post around the forums and pass some trusty requirements before the system will allow you to post pictures.
It's not hard to become a trusted member, you just got to post and chat with others and your reputation will naturally build to the point that you are allow to post images, urls, etc.
