:whyme:I'm still here. Just not on the computer much anymore. Work schedule changes so much I don't have much time for anything but sleep, housework, and work-work. We get laid off about every 3 weeks and I go where I am told to. Sometime straight 3rd shift and just when you get used to that back to the 1st/2nd weekly rotation (1 week 1st, 1 week 2nd--to be fair to everyone). I know I should be happy I have a job, but holy cow I wish my boss would be a better scheduler!
Anyway, we did get married July 10th (a few days later than we wanted) at the courthouse. (hot tip: central pa it's free to get married at clearfield co. courthouse) I wore a nice black dress (not what I pictured myself wearing, however when your original dress was too big you have to improvise) and he wore nice pants and shirt. It was just us and the judge. Done within 15min. We came home called a few relatives then went out to a nice restaurant to eat. Spent the night at home, the next day too cuz of rain changing our plans. The next day we went to the zoo and a local drag racing race track. So all in all I guess it wasn't too bad. Not what I wanted, but in the end we're now married and we got to do something we both wanted to do. We decided that for an anniversary present some year we will go all out for a renewal w/reception. We made that promise to each other that night. Sometime when we can afford it and our medical issues are more under control.
.......now if I could just get used to the new last name. I still mess up at least once a day.
