Hi!
I loved looking through the dvd of photos that the photographer took until I realized how many shots he missed. It took us 2 weeks of calling the photographer's company before we finally started getting some results. They apologized but nothing seem to come from it until yesterday. The photographer failed to take any pictures of the groom or the groomsmen or the ushers. He didn't take any pictures of the ringbearer or flower girl by themselves and since they are my kids I was upset about that. He took several pictures of the other flower girl, but she's not my daughter. He also didn't take any pictures of the garden we were married in or pictures of the whole bridal party together. The studio themselves pointed out several important shots that they saw he missed.
My MIL was so upset when there weren't any pictures of her son by himself. Edward Fox Photography said that they will try to create pictures of the groom by erasing everyone else out of the pictures. So I'm waiting to see how those turn out.
So they will upgrade my package to the one above mine which includes 20 more pictures than my current album and threw in 2 free 8x10s to compensate us. So we'll see how that all turns out.
