TOMS shoes at a wedding????

If you are familiar with TOMS shoes please help me out. We want to be very different for our wedding, what is your opinion if we (the whole wedding party) wear TOMS shoes instead of nice black shoes and high heals?

I googled em cuz I had no idea what TOMS shoes were lol....but to me they look similiar to converse so I think it could be pulled off, many people do it with converse so why not

Thanks man! Those your wedding pics? Those are pretty sick! We were thinking doing converse but we wanted to do toms since they are giving away a pair of shoes away to needy kids for every pair we buy...check them out!

I saw a cell phone commercial about Toms shoes and wondered if it was a real company.

It is cool that they donate shoes to needy kids :)

I think it would be cool to sport Toms at the wedding, go for it!

I want so badly to like Toms shoes because they do good things for communities, but I just think they are so hideous! No offense!

My groomsmen wore "ugly" shoes at our wedding. They were all in charcoal grey sanucks. DH lives in these year-round, so it was only natural to put him in them for the wedding.

In the end, do whatever you want! It's your wedding - there are no rules!!!

i think toms for your wedding is a fabulous idea! i see that you posted this in june so i'm thinking you've already had your wedding. if so, did you wear toms?

the guys in my wedding are all wearing converse( i might get a purple pair to wear before the wedding) it's FH's gift to his groomsmen and we found them at a TJMAXX here for 25 bucks!! I say if you like tom's shoes and want to do them do it!! lol

i think converses are a great idea too! i hope the wedding is beautiful (: i bet the converses will look rather snazzy.
